2. WHAT IS THE AIM AND/OR PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION?

The purpose of collecting data in all the sections mentioned in the previous point is to maintain direct and personalised contact with our Users. In this way, we will use your data to deal with the queries or information you have requested, manage your requests and guarantee you an experience that respects the highest standards.

The email from which you write to our corporate email address or the one you provide us with in the forms provided, will be used to send you information related to the doubts or concerns you have raised with us.

Cortichapa has a corporate profile on LinkedIn. Thus, under the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the company is “responsible for the processing of your data” due to the existence of this profile on the social network.

This means that, if you choose to join our corporate profile as a follower, you agree to this policy, where we explain your rights and how we use your data.

As the controller of your data, we guarantee the confidentiality of the processing and compliance with your rights, always under the effects of the aforementioned Regulation.

On the other hand, we inform you that we will use this social network to announce relevant news or information related to the services we provide or on topics that we consider to be of interest to you. By using the functionalities of this platform, you may receive on your wall or in your profile news with this type of information.

However, we also let you know that there is no link between Cortichapa and this social network, so you will accept its policy of use and conditions once you access the same and / or validate their notices, terms and conditions in the registration procedure, the company is not responsible for the use or processing of your data that is done outside the strict relationship and provision of services indicated in this policy.
